    • Newtopia has been and will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation in Montgomery, Alabama. Safety is our top priority at Newtopia and we do not take you and your child’s safety lightly. We have actively used your feedback to implement new safety measures and improve policies so that we can provide the best possible guest experience. We have spent three months closed to the public to give our facility a deep cleaning and sanitation as well as updating our guidelines for the safety of all of our guests. We are continually educating our staff on safe health practices and closely monitoring CDC and industry updates.

      We are taking the following steps to keep our guests safe while in our facility:
    • -UPDATED HOURS: New hours of operation: 10:00 am- 1:30 pm and 2:00 pm- 6:00 pm We will briefly close from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm to deep clean and sanitize our facility with a high grade professional fog cleaning machine (Vectorfog C150 ULV Fogger) to clean all areas of our facility. Saturday and Sunday we are open all day from 10am to 6pm.
    • -CLEANING PROCEDURES: We also have 4 professional cleaning crews that continue to clean our facility every night after we close. We will have scheduled fogging of our entire facility every day.
    • -FACE MASKS :Newtopia recommends everyone to wear face masks although is no longer required.
    • -SANITATION STATIONS: We have placed hand sanitizer stations around our facility.
    • -DEDICATED AND TRAINED STAFF: Dedicated staff members will be cleaning and disinfecting all high touch surfaces using an EPA approved, high-grade disinfectant that effectively combats the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
    • -CLOSED EQUIPMENT:
      -Party procedures have been updated. Please visit our “Party” section of our website for more information. Parents are encouraged to assist us in maintaining social distance. We need your cooperation for the above procedures to be effective.

      -Do not enter the building if you are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19.
      -Move around Newtopia with social distancing between large groups in mind
      -Wash hands for at least 20 seconds after restroom use.
      -Frequently use our hand sanitizer stations
      -Sneeze and/or cough in the bend of the elbow.
      -Understand that some of our attractions may be closed during your visit.

      As we adjust to meet your needs in this new COVID-19 environment, Newtopia has and will continue to take steps to make you feel comfortable about your return to our facility. We thank you for your trust in us and we look forward to seeing you all soon.
