NOTICE FOR ALL PARTIES

IMPORTANT POLICY INFORMATION

Your party time is 80 minutes of play and 40 minutes of room time. We DO NOT account for 2 hours in the room. This accounts for cleaning up before your party, setting up your decorations, and cleaning up after the party. While we understand the desire to get the most out of the room please allow us to ensure proper disinfection to prevent sickness or discomfort. Your party may play extra before or after the party depending on Newtopia business hours.

You are responsible for ALL your decorations, items, belongings, and cake/treats. While Newtopia will strive to care for you during your party, accidents can happen especially with many children around. We ask that you do not bring any valuable items, respect closing doors to prevent outside children from venturing in, and ensure the safety of your cake before transport. We are not accountable for any damage that has occurred in transit.

Newtopia also voids any right of party time. You are responsible for your own arrival time and departure. We do not extend party times past the booking placed. If you arrive later than 40 minutes before your party time, your party will need to be rescheduled or canceled as a No Call, No Show. Please be mindful of the hours you booked or feel free to reschedule in advance 3 days.

NOTICE FOR PRIVATE PARTIES

For MORNING private parties, your playtime is completely private. However, Newtopia opens at 10 a.m. to the public, during which time you will be moved to your private room for pizza and cake. All pizza comes from Costco rather than Marco’s, so we can only offer Pepperoni and Cheese as a pizza option. You are welcome to remain to play post-party, though the playtime will be public. The cafe can be requested to remain open before the party.

For EVENING private parties, your time begins after we fully clean our facility. Additional time will be added to compensate (for example, cleaning until 6:15 means your party will be at 6:15-8:15). We do not allow delay time after 9 PM to ensure the safety of our staff. You are welcome to come earlier for additional play time since remaining late is not an option. The cafe can be requested to remain open before the party.

DANCE FLOOR PARTY - $10 + tax

Have a dance party right on our main floor! Your child will get a special shout-out just for them accompanied by a laser light and bubble machine dance party, featuring a song of your choice.

DANCE FLOOR MASCOT - $10 + tax

Want to make a child’s day even brighter? We have a wide variety of character mascots who can come dance with your child’s party and stay for photos! Selections vary based on available characters.

IN ROOM MASCOT - $20 + tax

Mascot fun without the worry! Want that special character to enhance your party? With this option, the mascot of your choice will come visit your private room for the in-room dance party and photos!

OWN DECORATIONS - $10 + tax

Need to spice up your party? Bring your own decorations to customize the party of your dreams. Your party host will assist you, set up for you, or stay out of your way upon your preference. Newtopia DOES NOT allow balloon arches or hanging decorations. See Policies**

FACE PAINTING 40 MINUTES - $35 + tax

Want to add a bit of flair? Painting is a good way to go! The first 40 minutes of your party we will have a station set up for your face painting.

GOODIE BAGS - $5 + tax per bag

PLAY RULES

You must sign a waiver before entering our play area. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Everyone must wear socks in the play area. You may purchase socks or wear shoe covers if there is a medical reason as a factor.

No food, drinks, or ice cream is allowed in the play area. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Parental supervision is required. No dropoffs are allowed. Do not leave your child unattended.

No rough play or fighting allowed.

Please respect the equipment, soft equipment, and others.

No weapons, sharp objects, or glass are allowed within our facility.

For safety reasons, NEWTOPIA staff reserves the right to refuse admittance to a child if the number of children exceeds the legal capacity of our facility.

Use of our center is at your own risk.

We are not responsible for property loss, theft, or damage of your property. Do not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended.

PARTY RULES

We do have parties back to back all day, especially on weekends. As you will be playing for the first 80 minutes and going into the party room for the last 40 minutes keep in mind that your room might not be available until after your party has started.

You will bring in your OWN cake. No ice cream cake or ice creams as we have no way of storing it. You will bring your own candles and cake cutter. NO outside food or drink is permitted beyond small treats and goodie bags. Newtopia is not liable for any damaged cake or treats in transit.

** ANY violence or harassment to the mascot or staff may result in immediate removal for the safety of staff. We do not allow any assault on our staff by children or adults.

You may decorate your room with your own decorations, however you must pay any applicable fee. Some items are not permitted such as Balloon Arches, Hanging Decorations, Pinatas, Glitter/Confetti, Slime/Silly Strings, any form of paint, any furniture items, any LIVE animals, and anything depicting NSFW materials such as featuring violence, nudity, etc. Newtopia reserves the right to deny entry for ANY decoration that does not adhere to company policies. If you violate this policy, we may ask you to leave the premises.

The last 40 minutes in a party room is the end of the party. If NEWTOPIA is still operating, within normal business hours, it is permissible to allow the children to play longer. Please be mindful of allowing your children to play after pizza and cake as this can induce vomiting. Please notify us as soon as possible if that happens.

The party room is typically unavailable to decorate upon arriving; Usually, the party room starts getting decorated 30 minutes into the party. If you wish to extend the time of your party, it is an additional $40 for 20 minutes (Regular party only) Based ONLY on availability. YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A FULL 2 HOURS OF ROOM.

Definition of a private party: you will have exclusive use of the play area and party room. People from the previous party may remain in one of the party rooms and walk through the play area as they exit the building. The availability of a private party needs to be inquired by contacting us. We have limited private party spots available and the private party starts before or after our normal business hours.

50% deposit is required to make a reservation for a party and the remaining balance is due at your arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or cash. You must have a valid ID for the final payment and final payments can only be made in person on or prior to your party.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

If you cancel your party: 90 days before the party date- full refund 89-8 days before the party date- half refund and you can reschedule to a future date. However, rescheduling will not reset the 30-day refund period. 7 days before the party date- no refund, no reschedule

Rescheduling can be done before your party date based on availability or previous reschedules. You may reschedule your party NO MORE than three times, with a fourth leading to cancellation with no refund. We allow reschedule up to a year in advance

Newtopia’s refund policy applies in ALL circumstances including those outside of our control. This includes COVID-19, natural disasters, illnesses, and any other unforeseen circumstances or situations.

Newtopia reserves the right to change or modify any policies at any time.
