Dear Newtopia family,

We hope all of you are doing well during this time. We wanted to share an update with you on where we stand on reopening and what will be happening in the foreseeable future.

With the safer-at-home order still in effect, indoor children's playgrounds are not allowed to reopen yet.  Though we are eager to see all of your smiling faces again, we agree that it is still too soon to reopen and we want to avoid putting anyone at a greater risk. Our top priority has always been the safety of our guests and during this time, that stands true more than ever. We want parents to be able to visit our facility with peace of mind and we do not think that the status of state is safe enough for that quite yet. We really want to limit the risk of exposure from child to child inside of our close-contact facility. Therefore, we will remain closed until we can see a constant decrease in cases and when we feel that it is safe to open back up.

Though we normally are extremely adamant about cleaning, we are taking this time to deep clean even further. We are sanitizing and cleaning our entire facility from corner to corner to eliminate all germs and bacteria in all areas of our facility.

Once the status of the state is at a better place and once we get the go ahead from the governor, we will start our plan to open back up to the public.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at

We miss you all and hope you continue to stay safe during this time. We love you!

   During the day, don't see.
